Elyria South Baseball Club will hold a baseball camp with the Cleveland Guardians for players in surrounding communities.

Players ages 6 through 14 will learn from the Guardians players on the fundamentals of baseball July 9 and 10.

“They’ll be working on a lot of the intricate parts of what they offer on a professional level and bringing it back down to our children’s understanding,” Elyria Youth Sports Club President Aric Bowens said. “We’re very excited.”

The youngsters will receive Guardians merchandise and two game tickets, Bowens said.
